Master/Bachelor student supervisions:
We offer a couple of projects each semester.

To Jean-Luc Pfisterer (jean-luc.pfisterer``at''math.ethz.ch) by March 7th for the constructive field theory project, by May 1st for summer and fall projects. I will let you know if I can propose something to you within a week of the deadline.
Due to high demand, please understand that we have to be selective, and I may not be able to respond to your email requests. Note also that not being accepted does not mean you are less good; it could also be due to incompatibility with your profile or interests, or simply to insufficient capacity on our side.
- They will be supervised by me or people in my group
- We only accept Master’s theses, or semester projects (so no bachelor's thesis)
- For the semester project, it can be shared between 2-3 students. Master thesis are individual
- We are overbooked for the spring semester already, so the start date will be Summer/Fall 2026, except for a master's semester project on constructive field theory, which can start late March / April
- For students outside of ETH/UZH, I will accept only in very exceptional cases (as there is already very high demand from ETH students), and supervision is remote if you are not in Zurich.
